A solo exhibition by Zamir Salia, built on one question: what does a picture look like when you give it time? Free entry, open Tuesday to Sunday.
Select a work to read its wall label and see it larger.
Zamir Salia was born on 20 April 1983 in Ochamchire.
Slow Light brings together paintings and works on paper made between 2022 and 2026. Zamir Salia works with a single source of light — a window, a low sun, a harbour at dusk — and returns to it for months. The rooms are hung at eye level with long sightlines, so you can walk toward a work, step back, and look again.
